BONITZ CHOOSES INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARK AT CONCORD

Concord, NC - Bonitz, the nation's largest privately held commercial flooring contractor, purchased land and will build a new facility in the International Business Park at Concord. Bonitz will house management, sales, and field support staff at the location.

"We have outgrown our current facility and elected to move into the International Business Park," said Wayne Green, chairman, Bonitz Flooring Group, Inc. "The park's location and easy access to I-85 will serve our future needs well. The Nolim Group was easy to work with, helping us resize the parcel we purchased to meet our building needs. We look forward to working with them through our project completion."

Bonitz plans to invest $3 million in the new 48,400 square foot building that will employee 135 and include office and warehouse space. The company will occupy 35,400 square feet and lease the remaining 13,000 square feet. The projected completion date is March 2005. Atlanta-based Integra Construction will build the tilt-wall building, while Bonitz will complete the interior office space.

"The park has a comprehensive master plan dedicated to high quality construction, and is divided into three distinct phases.
